La chiesa parrocchiale di Pella è dedicata a Sant’Albino Vescovo e l’architrave in granito collocato sopra la porta di ingresso ne testimonia l’anno di costruzione, 1591. La parrocchia, fino all’anno 1516, era stata, come tutte le altre comunità, gregaria dell’unica Chiesa plebana dell’Isola di S. Giulio. Nel 1869 vennero realizzate importanti opere quali l’allungamento dell’unica navata, l’aggiunta del porticato di ingresso, la realizzazione del pavimento a mosaico del presbiterio e del coro, il completamento del ferro battuto del battistero. Nel 1877 venne chiamato da Milano il pittore Giovanni Valtorta (antenato del pittore Albertelli) a dipingere i rosoni del soffitto e le due pale ai lati del presbiterio: la Natività e la Deposizione. Una notevole tela del Perraccino, La Presentazione, è conservata all’interno della chiesa a destra dell’ingresso. Il nuovo campanile ha sostituito l’originario nel 1936. Fu costruito con i massi di granito della cava di Alzo. Anche gli scalpellini offrirono gratuitamente la loro opera, dopo una giornata lavorativa di dieci-dodici ore

The parish church of St. Albino in Pella is dedicated to the Bishop St. Albino. The granite architrave on the entrance door testifies that it was built in the year 1591. Until the year 1616, the parish church of Pella was like all other communities of the territory a member of the only rural church located on the island of St. Giulio. In the year 1869, there were important works in the church: the lenghtening of the single nave, the add of the portico at the entrance, the realization of the new mosaic floor of the presbytery and of the choir, the completion of wrought iron of the baptistery. In the year 1877, the painter Giovanni Valtorta (ancestor of the painter Albertelli) came from Milan and painted the rosettes on the ceiling and the two altar-pieces on both sides of the presbytery: Nativity and Deposition. Inside the church, on the right of the entrance, it is preserved a remarkable canvas by Perraccino: The Presentation. The new bell tower has replaced the original one in the year 1936. It was built with granite stones from the quarry of Alzo. The stone-cutters worked for free for at least ten-twelve hours

Die Pfarrkirche von Pella ist dem Bischof Sant’Albino geweiht und der Sturz in Granit über der Eingangstür zeigt das Baujahr 1591. Wie alle anderen Gemeinden gehörte auch diese Kirche bis zum Jahr 1516 der Kirche der Insel San Giulio. Im Jahr 1869 wurden wichtige bauliche Veränderungen umgesetzt: die Verlängerung des einzigen Schiffes, der Anbau des Eingangsportikus, der Mosaikfußboden für den Hochaltarraum und Chorraum und die Fertigstellung des Schmiedeeisens des Baptisteriums. Im Jahr 1877 wurde der Mailänder Maler Giovanni Valtorta (Vorfahr des Malers Alberrelli) bestellt, um die Fensterrose des Daches und die zwei Altarbilder auf beiden Seiten des Presbyteriums zu malen: die Geburt Christi und die Kreuzabnahme. Ein bemerkenswertes Kunstwerk von Perraccino, La Presentazione, befindet sich auf der rechten Seite des Eingangs der Kirche. Der neue Glockenturm ersetzte das Original aus dem Jahr 1936. La iglesia parroquial de Pella está dedicada a San Albino Obispo. El arquitrabe de granito ubicado sobre la puerta de entrada atestigua el año de su construcción, 1591. Hasta el 1516, la parroquia había sido gregaria de la única Iglesia Plebana de la isla de San Julio, como las de las demás comunidades. En 1869 se realizaron obras importantes como el ensanchamiento de su única nave, el añadido del pórtico de entrada, la construcción del suelo de mosaico del presbiterio y del coro, y la terminación de la parte en hierro forjado de baptisterio. En 1877 se llamó al pintor Giovanni Valtorta de Milán (antecesor del pintor Albertelli) para pintar los rosetones del cielo raso y las dos esferas en los laterales del presbiterio: la Natividad y la Deposición. Una tela notable de Perraccino, La Presentación, se conserva en la iglesia, a la derecha de la entrada. El nuevo campanario reemplazó al original en el año 1936. Se construyó con rocas de granito de la cantera de Alzo. Los pedreros ofrecieron su mano de obras gratuitamente, después de una jornada laboral de diez a doce horas

L'église paroissiale de Pella est dédiée à l’évêque Saint Aubin et le linteau en granite au-dessus de la porte d'entrée témoigne de l'année de construction, 1591. La paroisse, jusqu'à l'année 1516, était, comme toutes les autres communautés, grégaire de la seule église plébéienne de l'île de San Giulio. En 1869, des œuvres importantes furent réalisées, telles que l'allongement de la nef, l'ajout du portique d'entrée, la réalisation du plancher en mosaïque dans le presbytère et le chœur, l'achèvement en fer forgé du baptistère. En 1877, le peintre Giovanni Valtorta (ancêtre du peintre Alberrelli) fut appelé de Milan pour peindre les rosettes du plafond et les deux retables aux côtés du presbytère : la Nativité et la Déposition. Une toile remarquable de Perraccino, La Présentation, est conservée à l'intérieur de l'église, à droite près de l'entrée. Le nouveau clocher a remplacé l'original en 1936. Il a été construit avec des blocs de granit de la carrière d’Alzo. Les tailleurs de pierre offrirent gratuitement leur main-d’œuvre, après des journées de travail de 10 à 12 heures
